1. Introduction

Welcome to Kaiso Technology. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, www.kaisotechnology.com (the “Website”), and the purchase of refurbished laptops (the “Products”) from Kaiso Technology (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

2. Eligibility

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws. You further confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to register an account with us. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration or checkout process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity on your account, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Product Description & Availability

4.1 We sell refurbished laptops that have been inspected, tested and certified to meet our quality standards.
4.2 Product descriptions, specifications, images and other details are provided by us in good faith. However, we do not guarantee that they are error-free, complete or up-to-date.
4.3 All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the Quantity of any order, to reject any order, or to discontinue Products at any time without liability.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable taxes unless stated.
5.2 We may change prices at any time, and price changes will not apply to orders already accepted.
5.3 Payment must be made via the payment methods we make available on the Website. By placing your order you represent and warrant you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5.4 In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent use, we may cancel your order.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

6.1 After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement email; this does not mean your order is accepted. Your order is accepted only when we send you a “Dispatch Confirmation”.
6.2 We may refuse or cancel any order in our discretion — e.g., due to product unavailability, errors in pricing/description, verification issues or suspected fraud.
6.3 You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the Product is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We strive to dispatch Products within the timeframe indicated on the Website. However, delivery times are estimates only and subject to delays beyond our control (logistics, force majeure, local conditions).
7.2 Title and risk in the Product pass to you once the Product is handed over to the courier partner.
7.3 You must inspect the Product on delivery for visible damage or defects. If such damage is found, you should refuse delivery or report within 24 hours.

8. Return & Refund Policy

8.1 Because our Products are refurbished laptops, returns and refunds are only permitted under the conditions set out in our accompanying Return & Refund Policy.
8.2 Unless otherwise specified, you may initiate a return only if the Product is defective or doesn’t conform to the description, within the timeframe specified on the Product page.
8.3 The Product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, documentation, and in the condition in which it was received (except for the defect).
8.4 We’ll inspect the returned Product and if the defect is confirmed, we may, at our option: (a) repair the Product; (b) replace the Product with the same or equivalent specification; or (c) refund the purchase price (minus reasonable shipping/handling costs).
8.5 Personal preference returns (e.g., “I changed my mind”) may not be accepted unless clearly set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

9.1 Our Products are covered by a warranty as set out in our separate Warranty Policy.
9.2 Unless otherwise specified, the warranty covers manufacturing or refurbishment defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair/alteration, cosmetic wear, or consumable parts (e.g., battery life degradation).
9.3 Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser mentioned on the invoice and is non-transferable.
9.4 To make a warranty claim, you must keep your purchase invoice, serial/asset number of the Product, and contact our support as per the Warranty Policy.
9.5 The warranty does not extend the period or replace it upon a replacement device (unless explicitly stated in the Warranty Policy).

10. User Obligations

10.1 You agree to use the Website and Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
10.2 You must not: (a) use the Website or content for any fraudulent or unauthorised purpose; (b) copy, reproduce, republish or otherwise exploit content on the Website without permission; (c) attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation, security or data.
10.3 You are responsible for maintaining back-ups of your data, settings, software and files. We are not liable for any loss of data during servicing, repair or replacement of a Product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—text, graphics, logos, images, software, design—is our property (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Products.
12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaiso Technology, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Website or Products.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India (e.g., Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh).

15. Changes to these Terms
