Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all refurbished laptops purchased through our website and authorised channels (the “Product(s)”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:
The request is initiated within [ X ] days from the date of delivery (as per the invoice).
The Product is returned in the same condition as received (apart from identified defect), with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, cables included.
The return reason is one of the following:
The Product is defective or not functioning as per its description.
The Product is damaged in transit or upon delivery.
The Product delivered is not the model/specification you ordered.
You provide required documentation: order invoice, serial/asset number, images/videos of the issue if needed.
3. Process for Returns
Contact our Customer Support within the return-window with your order details and description of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return logistics (reverse pickup or drop-off) and a Return Authorisation Code (RAC).
On our receipt and inspection of the returned Product (and accessories/packaging), we will determine whether the return is valid under this policy.
4. Return Conditions & Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted if:
The Product has been misused, tampered with, repaired or altered by the customer or third-party.
The Product has physical damage (cracks, liquid damage, fire damage) not reported at delivery.
The packaging, accessories, manuals are missing or damaged, or the Product is not in resalable condition.
The request is made after the expiry of the return period.
The issue is due to software changes by the user (unless it’s our fault or part of the certified refurbishment fault).
Any consumable part (for example, battery normal wear) is claimed as “defect” without legitimate grounds.
5. Refund / Replacement Options
Upon approved return, at our discretion we may offer:
Replacement — A same or equivalent refurbished laptop.
Refund — We will refund the purchase price (minus any shipping/handling cost or deduction for missing items), via the original payment method or as store credit.
Repair — In rare cases where replacement is not feasible immediately, a repair option may be offered.
Refunds will be processed within [ 7-10 ] business days after we receive the returned Product and accessories and complete inspection.
6. Shipping & Cost
For valid returns (defect, wrong item, damage in transit), we will arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.
If the return is due to customer-change of mind (if allowed), you may be responsible for return shipping.
The Product must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit; damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging may lead to deduction or rejection.
7. Customer Change of Mind
Because these are refurbished laptops, we may limit or exclude “change of mind” returns. If we allow them, the Product must meet the eligibility criteria above, and a restocking fee may apply.
(You may define here e.g., “No change-of-mind returns after 3 days”, or “Only for unused condition”.)
8. Data Removal
Before returning the Product, you must remove all your personal data and accounts. We are not responsible for any personal data left on returned devices. If you fail to remove data, we may deduct cost of data‐erasure or refuse return.
9. Warranty vs. Return
This return policy is separate from the warranty policy. A Product may be outside the return window but still eligible for warranty repair or replacement under our warranty policy.
10. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us immediately. Once the Product is dispatched (or “Out for Delivery”), cancellations may not be possible or may convert to return under this policy.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time; changes will apply to orders placed after the update becomes effective.
